This photo was taken about 1989 or 1990, when Diane worked for the Arizona Department of Economic Security in Cottonwood as an eligibility program administrator for Food Stamps, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, and AHCCCS. This photo was taken when DES was in the old Clemenceau Building that once was part of the Clemenceau Mine Complex, located on the 89A Bypass Road and 6th Street.
