Mayor Diane Joens, right, assists Richard Hazen and his lovely wife Agnes at the opening of their Green Carrot Café at the Old Town Center for the Arts, Fifth and Main Streets. Their fine cuisine is focused on healthy lifestyles. They serve breakfast and lunch daily, and Sunday brunch with music. They plan a dinner theater in the fall.
